Footage released by German arms manufacturer Rheinmetall shows advanced Lynx KF41 infantry fighting vehicles in action in unknown location. The German arms prodcuer said on Monday Jan 12, 2026 it will deliver its first batch of advanced Lynx KF41 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine in early 2026. In a statement, the company said it is supplying Ukraine with additional systems for national defence, with the first Lynx vehicles expected to arrive as early as the beginning of next year. The initial delivery will include five combat vehicles, valued in the mid-double-digit million euro range, with financing provided by the Germany government. Rheinmetall said the contract for the vehicles was signed in December 2025. According to the company, the infantry fighting vehicles will be equipped with the two-man Lance turret and configured specifically to meet the operational requirements of Armed Forces of Ukraine. Rheinmetall added that further deliveries are planned, with the next phase expected to include additional batches and the establishment of production facilities in Ukraine. The announcement comes as Western defence companies continue to expand military support for Ukraine amid its ongoing conflict with Russia.
