When you purchase content from Newsvia, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content according to the license type selected:

• Editorial License: Use in news articles, blogs, and editorial content across digital channels
• Commercial License: Use in broadcast, films, documentaries, streaming, advertising, marketing, and corporate videos

3. Usage Restrictions

All licenses are subject to the following restrictions unless a commercial license is purchased:

• Territory: Worldwide
• Publication: Within 30 days of purchase
• Duration: Content may remain online indefinitely
• Usage: One single post across four or more digital channels
• Prohibited: Broadcast, streaming, advertising, paid promotion, or marketing

4. Editorial-Only Content

Content marked as "Editorial Only" cannot be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances, even with a commercial license upgrade.

5. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices include VAT where applicable.

6. Credits

Purchased credits have no expiration date and can be used to purchase editorial-licensed content at a discounted rate. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and verified content, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided with the content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of Newsvia or its licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Newsvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
