Newsvia is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the child's access to the service. Users aged 13–18 may use the platform with parental consent and supervision.

• Payment & Financial Data: Payment method details (processed securely through Stripe), transaction history, billing address, VAT information, and purchase records

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app/browser version, unique device identifiers, and mobile carrier information

• Contributor Data: Bank account details (for payout via Stripe Connect), tax identification, and earnings records

Data Sharing Limitations: We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with advertisers. Service providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to maintain confidentiality.
